A: Birth and death certificates may be obtained from the Salem office of the Columbiana County Health Department (330/332-1618); marriage licenses and records are obtained from the Probate Court at the County Courthouse in Lisbon (330/424-9511).

Q: Is there a recycling center in Salem?
A: Yes, BFI/Allied Waste runs a drop-off center, which is located on Pennsylvania Avenue.

Q: Where can I get information on the industrial park?
