BEING A RESOLUTION TO RATIFY AND APPROVE ANY ACTION TAKEN BY THE CITY OF SALEM WITH REGARD TO ORDINANCE NO. 000201-11.
The Council of the City of Salem, Columbiana County, Ohio, met in regular session on the 8th day of March, 2000, at the City Hall, Salem, Ohio.
_________________ moved the adoption of the following Resolution:
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 000201-11 was given all three readings and passed by Salem City Council on 2/1/00; and
WHEREAS, Statutory Rules as required by Ohio Revised Code Section731.17 were not suspended prior to the adoption of Ordinance No. 000201-11; and
WHEREAS, the actions as outlined in Ordinance No. 000201-11 were for a proper or necessary public purpose.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Salem, Ohio that:
(1) Salem City Council does hereby ratify and approve any action taken by the City of Salem with regard to Ordinance No. 000201-11.
