BEING A RESOLUTION TO RATIFY AND APPROVE ANY ACTION TAKEN BY THE CITY OF SALEM WITH REGARD TO RESOLUTION NO. 000201-10.
The Council of the City of Salem, Columbiana County, Ohio, met in regular session on the 8th day of March, 2000, at the City Hall, Salem, Ohio.
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 000201-10 was given all three readings and passed by Salem City Council on 2/1/00; and
WHEREAS, Statutory Rules as required by Ohio Revised Code Section 731.17 were not suspended prior to the adoption of Resolution No. 000201-10; and
WHEREAS, the actions as outlined in Resolution No. 000201-10 were for a proper or necessary public purpose.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Salem, Ohio that:
(1) Salem City Council does hereby ratify and approve any action taken by the City of Salem with regard to Resolution No. 000201-10.
